In a moment, our babysitter was late because her Waymo first was attacked by a motorcyclist (punched the car’s side mirror while split-laning) and then got stuck in a weird traffic situation on Guerrero that the Waymo couldn’t cope with.

I don't mind Safari address bar only showing the domain (I think its a decent attempt to tackle phishing) but whatever logic they use for searches makes no sense to me. Seems like the search term remains in the address bar, not the url, and is copied when you copy and paste

@phlash @revk @falken @sangu should chat with someone like @ekes about whether there could be a standard way to do this in LocalGovDrupal. As more and more councils implement it, the obvious choice is to implement the easiest option and that could create a standard by default

    @thisismissem @evan @zuck that is, unfortunately, true. There will be a lot of really good people on Threads and blocking the whole thing because of a subset is dumb.
    Hmm - I wonder if threads actually has to be just threads.net. Why can’t it appear as many federated servers and people can choose which one they belong to?
