It seems to me that the main problem with and other is context. Each new conversation with them is a clean slate and the longer a conversation goes on the slower and more confused they seem to get. I presume taking the context into account means extra processing time, and storage on their part, but moreover they just don't provide a very good interface for communicating with the about a long-lived project. This is critical for .

When you go to mute, block, or unfollow someone, it should display the previous interactions you've had with that person so you don't accidentally get rid of someone who has been cool for one bad post just because you can't remember.

@CWSmith my rule is; Mastodon is for things I love, and Twitter is for things I hate.

Ideally I'd only ever be paying attention to good stuff, but I had to face facts that social media is cathartic and I needed that.

I have a hard time staying positive here, but trying has made it a better place. "Law of attraction" and all that.

P.S. always label politics with hashtags so people who mute that stuff won't see it.

The fact that blocking and defederating someone doesn't remove their replies to your posts is absolutely ridiculous....

From where? Your instance, or other people's?

What if someone wanted to spread propaganda on the Fediverse and they blocked anyone who tried to correct it?

Each instance will need to moderate your harasser separately. Isn't it good that it stays visible to everyone so they can report it to their instances mods as well so that abusive instances and users get defederated more broadly?

Why am I passing an initialState property if it ends up as state.store inside my render fun? Shouldn’t it be initialStore then? (note I know nothing about WC standards so this might be a thing you have to do), but it really trips me up because the store key comes out of nowhere.
