@rasterweb@kbin.social

I moved to fedia.io (which runs mbin) because it seems to work without constant errors.

You can find me at: https://fedia.io/u/rasterweb

The frame is 6" x 6" and the print is just a bit smaller than that.

Here's a post (and some photos) about the paper I make: https://rasterweb.net/raster/2023/12/19/handmade-paper/

Made an enclosure for my beepy. I think enclosures are my favourite part of printing (lemmy.world)

I grabbed a beepy a little while back (if interested BE ADVISED: they’ve since gone dark and left a bunch of people holding out for one, I got really lucky and ordered super early) so I could work on some python stuff on the go. I didn’t like having all the parts exposed, and the cases available seemed too flimsy for my...

Looks good! I'd guess 80% of my printing is enclosures. ;)

I am preparing by making sure I stay the hell away from anything to do with it! ;)

Gotta love Madame Gigi’s Outrageous French CanCans and some beignets!

Nice! I used to drive by that area all the time. Sounds like this will be a great addition.

I've printed things that function as a block of wood with holes a number of times because believe it or not, it's sometimes easier. If I don't have the right scrap wood on hand, and the proper saw to cut it, sometimes printing is easier and safer. (For something like this where others may also need a replacement for an existing item, there's the extra bonus of sharing the model for others to benefit from.)

They may be remote workers... at a different company!

My tracker is really just a reminder and motivator for me to get moving and not be so sedentary. I'm fine with that.

Not me! Traveling for work most of the week and honestly I'm not a fan of Summerfest anymore...

Oh yeah! I've seen a number of those types of designs. Might grab a parametric one for OpenSCAD and go for it.

Besides the features others have mentioned, I would say simplicity, how easy it is to get started, and the community/BBS which promotes easy sharing of work. Splore is a great tool and with the web site makes it dead simple to explore and learn about new games.

The Enderis Park Farmer’s Market just returned this weekend but sadly I missed it. It’s a small one, but small community markets close to where you live should be the norm. :)

I just got into PICO-8 (running it on my Anbernic RG35XX) and hopefully I'll have a list of favorites to share soon!

Thanks for setting this up! I just got the Anbernic RG35XX and look forward to learning more about it... and playing some games!

It did not fail. Plenty of people left Twitter for the Fediverse.
