Ran my first #Alien#RPG physical #tabletop session as GM tonight, my last time as a DM being 20 years ago in AD&D, and it was a great success!
Chariot of the Gods is a bit of a chaotic book for a GM to get a complete picture of what the players may/must encounter, but I made enough preparations to make it go smooth, even with players having to learn the game system. Act 1 (of 3) took 3,5 hours to get to the cliffhanger.
Recommended scenario for anyone interested in getting into the game!
Wow, I actually beat the mobile version of Quest of Dungeons. Only did it ONCE on Switch, the main part, which is apparently all there is to the mobile part. On Switch, when you beat the first part, there's another part (which I haven't beaten yet - it's TOUGH).
The key is ALWAYS good armor. Luck and good weapons help too, but not dying instantly from powerful boss hits is key. The armor I had kicked my dodge chance WAY up.
Dig how it keeps track of all those stats, too. 🤣 Tapped almost 8 thousand times! 🤯
Thinking about going lists of random lists; I've got a bunch of those kinds of sites squirreled away.
Might also do another round of #Mothership because I'm working on a #OneShot for #MEPACON. I haven't written about that in a year or so, and the boxed set drops soon (fingers crossed)
I was playing Cassette Beasts the past few days and I found that Animon Story's TTRPG system could probably be easily modded to Cassette Beasts' setting.

The game supplements I wished I owned are the announced, but never published, sourcebooks for The Day After Ragnorak. I loved the “Conan the Barbarian: 1948” setting when it came out in 2009. The basic setup is that in the waning days of World War II, the Nazis summoned the Midgard Serpent into the real world.
My favorite convention purchase is #SavageWorlds Explorers Edition at #GenCon 2007. At the time, I think I had the 2nd edition Savage Worlds hardcover book, which was a standard RPG format. It didn’t particularly excite me or my group; I bought it more out of curiosity than anything else. #RPG
