Announcement: We have welcomed into our family a NEW grand-furbaby! Isn't he a cutie?
Our son-in-law rescued him yesterday from a storm drain near his place of work. They are thinking of naming him Darby. He's already seen the vet, been tested and had his flea treatment. The vet says he's about 5 weeks old.
Today we celebrate #GotchaDay for our cat named Sunday! Six years ago today we found her, alone and scared. We waited for her mother's return, but she never showed up. So we brought her into our home to live with us. 😻
Pax fell asleep in her own little nook inside the bookcase/entertainment center. Guess it's time to say good night or good day to our Mastodon friends!
Pax likes to squeeze into narrow spaces. This spot is her favorite. She can easily swat at her siblings as they walk by, while she remains protected by her fortress.😸

Real progress! Our tabby named Sunday and our black cat named Peck are eating together, side by side. Not long ago this would have been impossible. There would have been hissing and fighting. But Sunday has come a long way in accepting Peck and the other 3 little foundlings into her life.
