@czottmann Cyan did release a bajillion Myst remakes, but this is the first one for Riven! And they've released a couple of original games in the last decade: Obduction and Firmament.
Even this Riven remake apparently adds and changes a ton of things, though, so I'm super excited to experience the new stuff 😃

Can anyone recommend accounts to follow that boost indie games and indie game devs? I've been having a tough time finding quality accounts since I joined the fediverse.
Visual novels are a blight on the indy games scene. An awkward fusion of game and fiction that degrades both art forms. No fiction is improved by reading it one line at a time, over a static image.
The problem is when VN authors branch out into other games. The medium teaches bad habits. The verbosity, limited choices, and tell-don't-show design always glare.
