Good morning! It’s the last day of the #TrumpTrial before jury #deliberations.
Today Justice #Merchan will give #JuryInstructions. Then they will discuss the case among themselves for the first time; they have not been allowed to even discuss it w/each other as yet.
Closing arguments took place yesterday, & the lawyers will have no further opportunity to address the jurors before they determine whether #Trump is #guilty or not guilty of 34 felonies.
Trump is charged w/ 34 counts of falsifying business records related to the coverup of a $130k #HushMoney payment that was made to the porn star #StormyDaniels in the days leading up to the #2016election.
All of the charges are class E felonies, or the lowest category of felony in #NewYork State.
#Taiwan's military mobilised forces & said it was confident it could protect the island, after #China started 2 days of #punishment drills around Taiwan in what it said was a response to "separatist acts".

OMG, register_globals doesn't work via ini_set(). I am crying in PHP 5.3 and this application's most horrible reliance on register_globals when it comes to sessions. Well, at least that I figured this out, an have a local baseline to which to compare as I upgrade this app.

Read an article about a white guy in #SC who stole a retiree’s money by faking a website showing he was a money manager. He was sentenced to 10 yrs in prison but only has to serve 90 days & be on probation for 5 yrs. Talk about #WhiteCrime How is this a fair #punishment? This was his 2nd offense! 🤦♀️

LThe #Republican-led US #House of Representatives voted late Tues to rebuke Democratic US Rep #RashidaTlaib, the only #Palestinian American inCongress, for her recent remarks on the #Israel-#Hamas#war.

The new film on https://DreamsofSpanking.com is a tale of historical queerness and our trans ancestors (played by Alana Belle & Vee Price) cruelly suppressed by their governess (Clara Hewitt). Caught swapping clothes, Alana & Vee are scolded & spanked for their "perversion" and Clara gives Vee a caning as well. But even this punishment isn't enough to suppress the youngsters' spirits...
Why should #JackSmith be investigated? He's a consummate #professional who is doing the #job he was hired to do. The fact that the job is investigating and prosecuting Donald #Trump doesn't mean he's doing something wrong that demands #investigation and #punishment.
