Summer and I chatted about how challenging the last month has been.
I was explaining that for me, to try relaxing, after I've gotten myself all worked up, isn't as easy as it sounds, but I am working on it.
I am drinking lots of water and even took a short nap today. Meditation and quiet appreciation of my Matt Beard art collection happened, too.
I do think I am making progress.
Summer says that next time I feel like going to the doctor, I should try her vet because they are nice and give out treats.

Pico do Arieiro (1,818 meters) is the fourth highest peak in Madeira.
You can do a very good (but heavy) hike the
PR1 Vereda do Arieiro.
