I’m probably going to do a kickstarter for this product. With enough startup capital, I can get it into clinical trials of interest to insurance companies. i’ve heard more than one expert tell me that they love products like this if they prevent the condition in the first place, rather than deal with its many disorders and symptoms, which all get very expensive to treat.

POLL. If my ergonomic desk “adapter” product aleviated 75 to 100% of your back, neck, arm & wrist pain as you do computer work for many hours, would you balk at a $129 sticker price, IF the “system” required additonal components (that you may have already): an executive armchair, monitor arm, and footrest?

@shoq @Snowshadow I’m big on prevention. I worked hard hat jobs that were very dangerous. The one place I got hurt the most, did the most damage, was working in an office with poor ergonomics.

They are trying to split up our greatest and wealthiest states to cripple our economy and create a secession and then civil war. Media goes along because they really don’t research any of this tripe that comes their way and it fills their spaces with ‘free’ work. All they have to do is slap a byline on it (real or AI) and sell rags.

@shoq For some, it takes enough to prove that it’s toxic for all/most and unhealthy. For too many, it takes personal pain, inconvenience. I was there for the community feel. When I saw the damage being done to community, I left. Others can watch thousands be stabbed, dragged, but until it’s them… they stay. It’s not about ‘community’ for them. It’s a show, a stage they prance across. It is what they really are.

@mcc I once got a resumé for a job posting where the dolly said “I have copier knowledge”. We had 3 copiers in the office. I asked her to point to the copier she “knew”… She pointed to my typewriter. And she couldn’t type. I asked what her goal was if we hired her. “I don’t want your job,” she said. “I want to work for the president.” (There was no president). “As what?” I asked.
“As Vice President.” Hiring in a college town was bizarre.

@ai6yr I had a friend who had terrible allergies. living in a very floral, arboreal area, he suffered terribly. His wife started giving him a teaspoon of local honey every day, for a year. The allergies went away! After 10 years, he quit eating the honey (the apiary on their property lost its keeper to sudden death)… and within 6 months, the allergies were back.

Seeking eggplant recipe ideas, as I have one limp eggplant in the fridge and 8 eggplants growing in hydroponics (which may produce a massive amount of eggplant).

So far my repertoire includes 2 dishes:

  1. Eggplant Parmesan (Italian)
  2. Eggplant in Garlic Sauce (Chinese)

(the family hates eggplant, except me, so we never eat it 🤔 )

these are late bc they required a child to send photos lol but my daughter was on an overnight ferry out in the Pacific ocean (near Haida Gwaii, BC) when the northern lights came.

The kids had one of the nights of their lives. I think these are great, so I'm putting them here

His father is only impressed with cruelty. He will try to please his father by becoming him only worse. Or, he will despise women because of her.
