Trump filed his reply in the immunity issue in the Supreme Court.

It's so bad it is embarrassing. It is exactly how not to write a legal document.

To review: The issue now is simply whether the Supreme Court will put the trial DC-J6 trial hold while it considers whether to grant cert (hear his appeal.)

Ordinarily the order is this:

💠 Person loses and files a writ for certiorari (which means asking SCOTUS to hear the appeal.
💠 SCOTUS decides whether to hear the case.

Ok, I caved and bought that $32 “instant” digital camera that prints on thermal paper.

It’s a weird and wonderful shitty camera. The printer is pretty good, using error diffusion dithering but a bit slow. It’s apparently a 12MP camera that can also do 1080p video on the included 32GB SD card. Obs targeted at kids with the built in filters but there’s something about the immediateness that’s fun about it. Wonder how hackable it is?

I think it plays out with Trump losing (he and gop have not expanded their coalition, and have shrunk it with their recent border shenanigans and mayorkas fail) and the GOP returning to the rudderless party of no that seems to work with them until they find their next autocrat standard bearer
