Stop platform hate, create or collaborate

The #fediverse isn't perfect, it's the best solution we have

You can make a difference, simply by participating in a project/platform and suggesting ideas or reporting bugs

You don't need to know how to code to make this place better, but if you want to make a bigger impact, it does help

We need to stop shitting on fedi platforms like Mastodon and see the fediverse as the competitor to centralized social platforms

Man, it sucks that one big social network got taken over by a bad actor billionaire and another is potentially being banned by the US. All that hard work people put into building out their audience absolutely wasted by forces out of their control.

I wish there was a social media option that allowed you to take your following from one service to another so you're not beholden to who makes decisions for the one you're currently on.

Later this year when Threads completely federates, the social web ecosystem is going to get a lot more exciting and I'm so ready for that future.
