That now his lawyers come to tell the NY Appeals Court, no no no, our boy is so poor, he even doesn't have that $400 million he said under oath he has in the bank :-) I expect we get some very clever 'footnoting' in the trolling to come in the filing tomorrow

Is the sum total of all of Trump's properties anywhere near $454 million? In real terms, by an independent valuation, not using Trump's/Org's claimed values.

Forbes, Bloomberg, etc, say about 1.6 to 2.6 billion.
A lot of his fraud inflated values by lying about the nature of the assets, often because they are hard to sell for one reason or another, so a short-notice sale might mean accepting major low-ball offers.
Cash and liquid securities though... only about 100 mil +/-. lolz
tracking him is an always on game, while he just has to have a solid plan with the right connections and all he has to do is slip those trailing him once and off he goes

Best I could tell from what I read back when he launched his troof soshul site, it is some sort of financial chicanery. The company that is acquiring the social media piece of shit is ALSO his company but with investors, created specifically to buy ts. It buys his piece of shit & he gets a ton of stock or options in the merged company in exchange for his garbage site, So it is a complicated means of fleecing investors in the shell. Like an IPO with a single buyer. Could go poof.

He might have to sell something (Boo-Hoo😿). What the Hell does he think the rest of us would have to do proportionately with our resources in the same relative circumstances. Cares for no one else.
Make him pay the full amount in cash or secured bond or whatever, but DO NOT LET THIS THUG OFF THE HOOK! FAFO!
