But that should never be an excuse for ignoring the very real differences between them.
@GhostOnTheHalfShell@StillIRise1963, I’m not a fan of PR for electing members of a legislative body. I think biasing toward the center of each district is a good thing in that case. But I don’t believe that the center really is between the two parties in most US districts. If people could vote true preferences without “throwing away” their votes, we would see the rise of meaningful third parties.
