As much as I hate getting up and going for a #run the feeling when you get back, even after just a short #5k, makes up for it. There must be a name for that? I also must remember it when I’m struggling to get up to go for the run!
A 5K run in the setting summer sun and a light breeze, followed by a super refreshing, ice cold smoothie made with frozen #blueberries afterwards is hard to beat to end the day. 🏃♀️

Today starts the little community run my fediverse instance (famichiki.jp) is having. I promised to contribute with 40km of total running during the month of July. #FamichikiRuns
Third day of going for a "run" every other morning after not exercising for...more than a year? Maybe 2? I'm walking most of the route, but hopefully I can start walking less of it soon.
I remember something else that could throw light on this. Back when they took away #TargetDisplay mode? The stated reason was that to support #5k#resolution, they had to make a custom timing chip to draw two screens side-by-side and then knit them together (to drive the display at 60Hz).
Could THIS be why the DC's on the die of the M1/M2 are so huge? They had to have two - one for each display, right? 🤷♂️
