More Desert Strories have been published! "Fumes of War" actually came out already last year. It was put out during october/november but I did not have any time to advertise it. So only less than half of the print (250) has been sold so far. But this weekend another issue of Desert Stories will be officially out! This issue is called "Work for Survival" and has again two stories written during my stay in Rojava. Both have also unpublished photos of mine.
And about the online sales - so far I only know that Black Mosquito will have both of them available soon.

I am in an organisation working with people in North- and Eastsyria. ( #Syria, #DAANES, #AANES, #ROJAVA )
What would help especially for public relations, for communication with our partners in that region or even for our own investigations to auto generate subtitles in English or German of footage in Kurdish or Arabic, same for transcription of audio or even translated voice generation and of course translation of texts from German to Kurdish or vice versa.
I can find tools for all these tasks on the internet but only for Arabic language. However, I do not know about the quality.
Apparently, what needs to be done is to create a model for the Kurdish language Curmanci and integrate this to the existing tools.
I would need help in these steps. As a dream result, I would like to have an online service for members only, where they can upload audios, videos or texts and have a translated/subtitled output.
