Genocide is not hyperbole it has a legal definition and that legal definition has been met, there are literal cities of rubble on top of children of evidence. “Genocide” is the correct term to use, that is not personal opinion, it is correctly labeling crimes. #Israel
Part of genocide legal definition that makes is different from any other form of mass killing is the intent of exterminating particular ethnic or religious group.
This is what makes it notoriously difficult to establish the classification of genocide at international courts, because the perpetrators always claim it was just an unintended consequence of fighting, as literally claimed by Russians in #Chechnya and #Ukraine, or Serbs in #Bosnia and #Kosovo. The challenge is then for the prosecution to prove the intent, which in case of Serbs wasn’t particularly difficult as they were quite outspoken about the need to exterminate “the Muslim filth” to the last one, including children etc. Same goes for Rwanda with their “Radio of Thousand Hills”.
In case of Israel it’s the opposite: it has no explicit or even implicit policy of extermination of Palestinian, Arabs or Muslim, many of whom are Israeli citizens, living in Israel and serving in its armed forces. A genocidal intent could be clearly attributed to some Jewish extremists such as Baruch Goldstein, but these have been prosecuted by Israeli government itself. The civilian deaths in Gaza are the one case that could be actually attributed as consequences of fighting, largely due to intentional use of civilians as human shield by Hamas, while there’s vast amount of evidence disproving the classification as genocide in case of Israel.
In case of #Hamas however, it’s exactly the opposite case: they have a very transparent political agenta which postulated extermination of Jews and eradication of the state of Israel. Together with killing of Palestinians who even allow a remote possibility of peace with Israel and allowing any number of civilian deaths as long as it aligns with Hamas military goals (human shield), it makes a rather textbook case for Hamas genocidal intent not only against Israelis but also against Palestinians.

There is information in the media that Ramzan Kadyrov has supposedly been in a coma for several days, and doctors cannot help him.
Kadyrov, worried and frightened by a sudden worsening of his health condition, accused his personal doctor, Elkhan Suleimanov, of trying to poison him.
The doctor disappeared without a trace from October 2022, and then, according to several sources, he was removed from all posts, brutally murdered and buried alive.

Why #Kadyrov troops gained a reputation of "TikTok warriors" universally among #Ukraine and #Russia soldiers? Due to their excessive presence in social media, where they post obviously staged videos, firing at empty forest, sieging bushes and destroying lone trees.
Last year a staged video with Kadyrov himself allegedly visiting #Mariupol was identified as taken on a petrol station deep inside Russia. On another video of Kadyrovites reportedly giving away humanitarian help to civilians the food packages had clearly visible Ukrainian brands, implying theft or robbery from actual volunteers.
Kadyrovites are hated by #Chechnya diaspora and Russian soldiers, from whom they visibly distance, never going to the actual front line, and playing the role of barrier troops. For Ukrainian troops they are barely any threat, as they are rarely seen in battle.
Another story is "Akhmat" battalion, which is a distinct structure from Kadyrovites, still funded by Kadyrov, but composed of contract soldiers, mostly not Chechens, and actually taking part in battles much like many other Russian "private military companies".
