We're talked a lot about Woman of Tomorrow, but these are a few more of the comics that are inspiring #DCStudios and the new #DCU in these early days. That doesn't mean we're adapting all these comics, but that the feel, the look, or the tone of them are touchstones for our team.

@fsf I’ve wondered what #FSF’s attraction to #DCU is based on. DCU’s app is proprietary closed-source and exclusively distributed in Google and Apple stores.
It’s really a bad idea to use #DigitalFederalCreditUnion because their website proxies through #Cloudflare, a privacy abuser. For the moment, it looks like they only use CF for their sales site not the login host. But many CUs actually let CF be a MitM on their logins and sensitive financial transactions. DCU’s poor judgement could spill over to the transactional site at any time. #DigitalCreditUnion is not a good #CreditUnion to endorse.
Also worth noting that Cloudflare is antithetical to software freedom, according to ¶2 of this article:

Initial thought was if this film came out before #SpiderManNoWayHome, it would be more special in how it pulls from other iterations of characters. Keaton is fun to watch.
Other cameos don’t make much sense other than fan service. Probably could shave another 30 min off the film and it would have paced better.
Made the mistake of visiting another social and gotta say - their #comics community is much livelier than ours has been lately.. we need to up our game!

One of my biggest wishes with James Gunn's new #DCU is that we finally get the Question in live action. Since Gunn is known to push lesser known characters and groups I think we have a bigger chance of this happening. Fingers crossed! 🤞

James Gunn’s ‘Superman’ has cast Wendell Pierce as Daily Planet editor-in-chief Perry White. This is the role I was hoping would go to Carl Weathers, but this casting is good too.
