Started up a new character for Diablo IV's new Season of the Construct, went with a female barbarian. Doing an Echoing Train build, which is a charging/lunging build (this one here: https://mobalytics.gg/diablo-4/builds/barbarian/lunging-strike) and loving it.
Here's Rainath the barb early on at level 6, and now, I think she's around level 15. I don't play a ton. But it's a blast.
#PathOfExile has a very boring beginning. Unfortunately, I’ve got through the first act and the gameplay is starting to be dangerously entertaining… I’m sinking in… Goodbye!🤡 #Games
@emill1984 What shocked me really is that this game is still developed, free to play and it’s far better than #DiabloIV. The skill tree looks freaking intimidating, but it’s not as bad as it looks. The gameplay itself just works better for me…
Something I really hate about modern #gaming is the fact that something like #DiabloIV going on a 40% sale for the gosh darn standard edition means that it costs about what it should cost regularly.
This kind of price gouging is entirely unacceptable.
Did the first capstone dungeon to get up to World Tier 3. Helltide events feel the same as the basic seasonal events, but higher level and more grind. Feeling good about my character though; destroying stuff many levels ahead and quickly approaching lvl 60. Getting a bit grindy, but still enjoying ripping through stuff.
Not feeling season 3 of #DiabloIV. The constructs don't really feel like they add much and the trap gameplay is more tedious than fun.
I also kind of wish more seasonal stuff would carry over between seasons, such as malignant hearts and vampiric powers, not just as items but actually holdover UI elements. Like, maybe a malignant heart slot and one vampiric slot. Or maybe being able to opt for one previous season gimmick in addition to the current one.
Let's start the day with our #MorningMoments and find out what we're all going to be doing today and this evening.
For me, usual work stuff and then Season 3 of Diablo IV starts around 12pm - 1pm EST I believe, so I'll be jumping off into that for sure and likely spending most of my afternoon and evening playing.
