Russia has "nationalized" properties that belong to 77 individuals and companies in occupied Crimea because of their owners' supposed "anti-Russian activities," Russian-installed official Vladimir Konstantinov wrote.
The EU adopts the 12th package of sanctions against Russia.
It has some interesting points which focuses on Russia circumventing sanctions, either by using the shadow fleet to sell oil on sea but also to use third party countries as loopholes to import sanctioned goods.
