I reside in #Colorado, and have been photographing the wild #herds that roam the state's #PublicLands for a few years now. In 2021, I became heavily invested in this issue when I got word in that my local herd in #SandWashBasin was going to be rounded up. To me, it felt personal – I had to do something.
information and quotes to let my fellow Coloradans know what was happening to our #WildHorses.
We know that when the American people hear about what's happening to these beloved animals, they are outraged. It's our job to build public #awareness and the grassroots army necessary to rise up and advocate for the conservation of America's #mustangs and #burros.
𝙏𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Close your eyes and slowly count down 3, 2, 1, and relax the muscles in your neck and shoulders. Repeat this three times.
We tend to tense up our shoulders and neck when we feel stressed or anxious. Purposely relaxing those muscles releases tension and stress or anxiety that caused us to tense up. Counting down slowly slows the mind, making it easier to relax.
I'd start by training the people who are responsible for sending out this phish because they seem to not have any clue what they are doing. This is not acceptable at all because it leaves feeling people worse.
Do you want to train your staff by making them feeling good or bad?
#Wednesday#Meditation: place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth like you were going to make a “T” sound and remain aware of the feeling of the tongue on the roof of your mouth for 10-15 seconds. Then notice how quiet your mind is.
This works sort of like a switch, putting our dialog on pause, which also pauses our internal dialog. You may notice that as soon as you release your tongue from the roof of your mouth that your internal dialog resumes.

𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Take a deep cleansing breath and hold it for a few seconds then slowly exhale.
Taking a deep breath to refresh and refocus is a natural meditation most of us do already. We can get further the benefits by doing it more often as a stress preventative.
We autopilot through most of our lives, relying on routines and automatic assumptions about life and the world we live in to save energy.
Today's mindfulness challenge is to reconsider routines and listen to our thoughts - pause and reflect on a few of them.
Remembering to do this at all is the real challenge, so let's use each time our hand opens a door as prompt. If at the end of the day we've forgotten, we can look at our hands and reflect on the day.
For those who meditate, it’s important to understand the difference between “being in the present moment” as opposed to “living in the present moment”. Being in the present moment is a meditation term that means to just meditate now without worrying about anything else. Living in the present moment includes reflecting on past choices and making new choices now to have the future we want to have.
The fight against the #dog and #CatMeat trade has a profound effect on all of us, most of all the millions of dogs and cats who are stolen and killed every year in #Asia.
The event brought together nearly 50 parliamentarians, government officials and specialists from across #Vietnam to tackle this very serious issue.
The #trade currently claims the lives of an estimated five million #dogs and one million #cats in Vietnam every year.
It was an incredibly successful day which culminated with the National Assembly promising to implement #awareness campaigns across major cities in Vietnam to educate the local communities about the inhumanity of the trade.
Netflix
Was bedeutet eigentlich Privatsphäre?
We know we will have a better chance at a fresh start when we take time to pare down possessions and pack treasures before a move. To bring unsorted junk from every place we've ever lived would be a total disaster!
