Usually they come once in spring... after all the rain, apparently the city has had to send them out for a second time. (all the brush is back up around my neighbor's houses... Because this is one of the most highly organized events that happens in your lifetime. Where else have you ever known this number of people getting together to do WHATEVER so successfully that it continues to draw these numbers since 1992.
This was an epic storm system and if any of these people need help, it is NOT because they think they are "special".
