I've just seen a documentary about this amazing place and I'm sure, this will be my next travel destination. Have any of you been there?

We're all extensions of the abundant #generosity of our gracious God. In the caring spirit of His providing for us, may we help those in need~

1 obvious way to give is monetarily. We can also be generous with our time; by preparing a meal for others; when sharing our bible knowledge & understanding.

God has no limits to His generosity but we do. So... Simply do what U can, w/what U have ~Willingly💖 When we each do our part, all among us are cared for.

With a tenth of the population and workforce, they think they are owed half the country’s CPP. This should be a last straw insult. Canada should have its own referendum on kicking Alberta out, land-lock them, stop subsidies and payments, impose its own charges for anything flowing out, sue for all damages from excessive emissions and say good riddance.

cazabon,

@StitchedInkMedia

Note that the value is according to the official method defined in the . didn't this out of whole cloth.

Alberta's share is large because they have always had a younger-than-average , meaning fewer from CPP, and higher average and lower , meaning higher contributions to CPP.

The numbers actually stand up if you look at them.

Maybe we should be grateful for their all these years?

StitchedInkMedia, (edited )

@cazabon CPP states Alberta only contributes 16% of all funds to the Canadian plan. no matter how young your workforce is, that doesn't add up to a sensational 53%. Alberta also seems to conveniently forget its success is not a made in #Alberta success alone but a Made in #Canada and elsewhere success, since a lot of the workers it needed came from elsewhere and returned. #CPP doesn't state you have to live in the province you contributed to collect. #Generosity and gratitude flow both ways.

More of this rebellion, please. The corporate dollar isn’t threatened by giving “unsellable” food and expired products to folks in need. There’s always some “business reason” to throw things away, but that’s entirely apathetic. This is the way. Raise your fist and fight that shit. Leave the goods out. E someone who helps.

Hello everyone. As another lovely continues, it's important to remember that many , like myself, struggle with poverty.

Despite my best efforts to secure employment, I need help with groceries. Even a few bucks can help me get to the end of the month with food in my stomach.
