I'm testing #PeerTube after a while for light integration with #Libervia and really pleased with what I see! Clean UI, lots of features, easy to use - great work by @Chocobozzz, @Framasoft, and the entire contributing team. Plus, there are a ton of plugins available! I'll be exploring the API to see if deeper integration is possible, it would be neat. #selfhosted#XMPP#videos
Just switched my #SelfHosted#PeerTube instance from using #Redis to #Valkey now that it has a stable release out as a #Docker#container too, and.. that went too easily 😅. I know this makes sense as it is 100% compatible, but it still feels quite amazing to have it just work.
In case it helps; I just switched to using the valkey/valkey:7-alpine image, and because I also renamed things in my docker-compose I added PEERTUBE_REDIS_HOSTNAME=valkey to the PeerTube .env file too. That's it!
Sad to read that #DiodeZone needs to scale back its operations. I haven't found another #PeerTube server that has a similar blend of interesting focus, full feature set, and robust moderation and network curation.

After a few weeks long hiatus for personal reasons, I'm back playing Biomutant. Aside from recalling where were we the last time I played, in this episode we'll deep dive into our character's history, getting to know his Mooma and his Popsi aaaaand...no spoilers.
I will soon change my job to become an independant #Unity teacher and I will open a YouTube channel + insta + tiktok + twitch to show some #unity3d content like tutorials.

@Fangh I think with all that commercially driven platforms it doesn't really matter if you will be on Twitter or not.
I personally don't like most of the platforms you just plan to jump on (especially TikTok) and I always prefer content to be seen in the #Fediverse itself. For me the experience in e.g. #peertube is much better, but it's definitely missing content for now.
But I understand that you need to reach as many people as possible and currently those platforms are most popular.
