Je serai sur #Twitch théoriquement lundi, jeudi, samedi et dimanche après-midi cette semaine. J'ai aussi planifié quelques dates pour mai. C'est indiqué sur le blog.
I've published my first online course at #Udemy: #pointcloud Processing and #3D Visualization with #QGIS. If you subscribe to my YouTube channel, you get 50% discount until 14 January! Go to my YouTube channel, subscribe, and find the discount link at the Community tab. Enjoy the course! https://youtu.be/78NgNhcZhVg?si=4B9DHt4ystqkrTqE
I'm doing a Godot 3 tutorial on Udemy (I WILL finish these Godot 3 tutorials before moving on to 4!) and I thought, "This doesn't seem like the best way to set up a script for re-use."
So I figured out how to make it re-usable and eliminated a redundant script (and a pointless variable).
Super minor, but it feels nice because it means I'm starting to "get" things. 👍
#Udemy, lovely Udemy, with their automatically generated #subtitles! When I learned devops skills from some course, I saw many funny texts. Unfortunately I didn't note them all, I tried to focus on course topic.
Time for a bit of web development learning. CSS has always been the sticking point for me. It puts me off when I have to remember all the sectors and when to use them.
I'm taking a #udemy#tutorial for #AWSCertification but the guy misspelled "expox" (epoch), and I think he thinks "UTC" stands for "Unix Timestamp..". I get the distinct impression he's just reading a script.
so I used to create art. not, like, professionally. but I had a lil shop and sold some stickers and cards and such. mostly just enjoyed creating the art though.
then stopped when my work got stolen all the time and minted as #NFTs (🤮) - spent more time on takedown notices and #doxxing myself than creating.
anyways.. I think I've missed it. been working through a couple #Udemy courses exploring other digital #art forms, and I feel... better than I have in a while?
For any #IT professionals in #Maryland interested in continuing education resources, you can sign up for a free library card from #EnochPratt and use it to access #Udemy Enterprise courses via their partnership with Gale, all free for Maryland residents
Note: Gale does seem to perform a degree of IP verification to make sure you're connecting from within Maryland, so bear that in mind if you regularly use a VPN. Those outside of Maryland should check to see if libraries in their own state have similar partnership
