@N4JAW I haven'r. I checked the SDR first and found nothing. Not even the strong shortwave stations. And man, I only hear a single station on 20 m FT8- and no CW stations at all.

Think I'll find something else to do 🤣

Okay, let's get this one out of the way as I see it going around:

The auroras being seen so far south tonight has absolutely nothing to do with . It is caused by multiple coronal mass ejections on the sun in the past few days, which occurred because we are at the peak of the 11-year solar cycle. It has nothing whatsoever to do with climate.

As always, my policy is: post misinformation, you get blocked.

For me, the wife and I are going to a special Winston Salem Dash baseball game tonight. It's our first one. They are the A team for the Chicago White Sox. Hoping to have a great time tonight.

Not much else planned outside of work stuff for a bit today and the weekend we don't have anything planned as of yet.
