Impressive demo from , not necessarily because of the capabilities of the model but because of the way you can iinteract with it, fast, you don't have to wait for the full answer etc. The emotions it shows will become cringe quickly however 😆

Zoals nu actie wordt gevoerd in Nederland door studenten van de UvA is een geschenk voor Hamas maar ook Netanyahu , de Palestijnen helpt het totaal niet, in ieder geval de studenten politicologie moeten dat toch doorhebben ?

Wegsturen van media en journalisten door studenten tijdens acties moet gewoon niet gebeuren lijkt me, alleen in belang van extremisten en mensen die vernielingen willen aanrichten.

Somehow the relevance of this research using LLM, AI to train robots is not fully appreciated i think. If we can train robots in simulated worlds and that learning can be applied in real world applications, it seems that learning for Robots has no problems with regard to enough trainingdata or am i missing something ? Also this could really accelerate the applications for all kind of tasks.

My computer will not connect to Bluetooth, light bulb, noise blocking headphones or anything. It never has, it's pretty much only used for streaming. Brand new.

Does it need to be reinstalled? Or do I have to waste my time going to the computer store, just to wait for hours for them to point out some stupid mistake I made.

It uses Microsoft Edge. I just use an evil Chrome browser to stream movies and music because the computer has no virus protection. Lots of MacAffe ads though.

My brain died from awhile ago, and the things I remember about computers are probably outdated. My world keeps getting smaller.

Israel will never completely destroy Hamas, inside or outside Gaza. Just as the west never fully defeated IS.
Also if there is no clear concept/plan for the next phase in Gaza, for the palestinian people, after Hamas has been weakened, Israel is doomed for tactical victories and a strategic defeat in the coming months.
My guess is some Israeli generals try explain that to their government but they simply won't listen.

I think people underestimate what the impact will be of an AI companion, at the current GPT4 level , that you can talk with without a lag of several seconds, that you can personalise, that has memory etc. GPT5 isn't necessary to change the landscape and impact of AI.

@paninid ...the iPad and iPhone also didn't solve any acute problems 🙂 , besides big tech chatbots/assistants, i think AI companion can have enormous potential in education in addition to human teachers (which are most important ofcourse). An AI companion that helps with homework, explain difficult subjects can be extremely useful. Especially because of the normal language/conversational interface.

OpenAI closed the deal with Apple, the next Siri will probably be powered by OpenAI. Not a coincidence i think the deal was closed before the pressconference from OpenAI today about it's product updates.
Also Google I/O is tomorrow, it's a busy week for AI.

@DrMikeWatts ..it's a natural phase growing to a more mature use of the technology, it will be used in the generation/inspiration processes but the actual products will be more a combination of human and AI efforts.
