I don't speak Russian, but in German and French "Anglo-Saxon" is an umbrella term for the UK, US, Canada, Australia and sometimes NZ without any racial connotations.

    Die Berechnungen, die zur Decodierung moderner Codecs notwendig sind, sind deutlich aufwändiger. Allerdings dürfte das nicht einfach nach oben skalieren, da ein Großteil der Geräte das in stromsparender Hardware macht als einfach in Software.

    Just to make it absolutely clear: this still needs to pass parliament and probably the Bundesrat. Do not get caught with cannabis until the law is actually enacted!

    Many details still need to be worked out (is it actually possible under EU rules? What about the ridiculously low limit where you get a DUI and permanently lose your license of you consumed cannabis 2 weeks ago) and we won't know for probably 6 months or so.
