Is er een #jurist of aan #advocaat die bereid is mij van wat informatie te voorzien over een conflict wat ik heb met mijn ex over het bezoeken van mijn twee katten (op de chips staan alleen mijn naam en tel nr), die destijds in goed overleg bij mijn ex zijn blijven wonen toen we uit elkaar gingen.

Nooit een probleem dat ik regelmatig op bezoek kwam om ze te zien. Echter nu hij een nieuwe relatie heeft wil hij geen contact meer, en weigert hij me ook om MIJN katten ooit nog te zien 😿😿

Hiya folks,

Just a quick message to say hi! Sorry I have not been posting for a while. I have been very busy, with many things, that have been taking a lot of my energy, in many different areas. Sorry to be so vague, but to explain it all, would take me about 10 posts or so 😂

Anyway, as a result I am feeling super tired at the moment. Even too tired too scroll for nice art. But it's weekend, and I am planning on a lot of sleep, and relaxing, and hopefully recharge 🙏

In consultation with my doctor, I have decided that after 3 years I'd like to see what life is like without antidepressants.

I am on 20mg Citalopram (an SSRI). We will very slowly lower the dose.

Does anyone have experience with quitting antidepressants? What withdrawal symptoms can I expect?

Any information or advice is welcome!

Life has been throwing quite some challenges at me lately. But all in all I doing fine. Trying to make wise decisions, and keeping a close check on my mental wellbeing.
