This approach to modernize classic tools by adding JSON output to them to make sending data & filtering/ converting easier is really cool.

My little baby kernel driver is all grown up now. 🥹

When I left Intel, the Xe driver was little more than a prototype. It could run some tests but was nowhere near production. I'm really happy to see that Matt Brost and the others have been able to pick up the project and finish it out.

It's long past time for i915.ko to get retired.

@ChrisO_wiki @Tendar As two people who are semi-regularly on here, why do you think more Ukraine focused accounts aren't on here or active? I've thought about it, and the only thing that comes to mind is your reach is not as great as Twitter. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

closed source is great right until you realize that your expensive tool only comes in x86-32 and x86-64 variants and you were planning on deploying this shit on a raspi

keen456,

@foone This reminds me a lot of this blog post, with the same problem: thermal printer w/ x86 & x64 drivers only that needs to work on a Raspberry Pi: https://kubesail.com/blog/2022-02-01-printer-driver-in-javascript

Maybe common knowledge, but will show you detailed info about the networks in the area- ssid, Network type, authentication, encryption, all BSSIDs that can be seen with signal %, channel, radio type (n, ac, etc), basic & other rates per BSSID. Type netsh wlan show networks mode=BSSID from an admin command prompt.
