Nie mam pojęcia w jakim celu, ale przed momentem nabyłem kolejną drukarkę 3D. Tym razem Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra. To co mnie głównie ciekawi to czy slicer jest lepszy niż w Anycubic i w jakim czasie dotrze przesyłka. Anycubic wędrował do mnie zazwyczaj w okolicach 3 dni.

Od wielu lat używam #firebase ale nigdy niehostowałem tam żadnego produkcyjnego serwisu. Pierwszy postawiłem dopiero w tym roku. Przy śmiesznym wręcz ruchu w okolicach 6K użytkowników i o tego stronie statycznej miesięczny koszt to w przybliżeniu 30$.

Porównanie prędkości z najtańszym hostingiem współdzielonym wcale nie powala. Jedynie deploy jest przyjemniejszy #webdev

I didn't even notice that page transitions, or rather now view transitions, had already left the state of experimental functionality in #astrojs. For testing purposes, I updated the Astro version (or even 2) in a simple project I already had, added 2 lines and that was it. Works as it should. #kbin https://kbin-5f4a1.web.app/

Unfortunately, the ailments of the Scorpion helmets caught up with me as well. What's worse, the problem appeared in the middle of the season and during night driving. Tinted glass falling automatically on the eyes is a serious threat in this case.

I decided to avoid sending the product under warranty and improve an element that the manufacturer of "premium" helmets did not take care of.

Though it took a few tries.

When there is a controversial topic that attracts the attention of users, bots immediately jump into action. This applies to both the activities of the Kremlin and the bots operated by the service.

Currently, the site is spammed with fictitious photos from the work of #pikabu users.

Whenever I check the compliance of the system design of the largest brands with reality, my blood pressure rises.

I have not yet been able to find a specification that is even 70% compatible with what was given to end users.

Even the colors don't match up. And instead of the presented 9 variants of gray alone, there are usually 15 or more :)

Real product design and tangible prototypes, not games for children, UX, Framer, Figma, etc.

But seriously, I think I'll start looking around for a plasma cutter. Cutting 4mm steel with an angle grinder is a waste of time. Even the simplest project, prepared with this type of amateur equipment in mind, is 2 hours of "fun".

The reason for the strange naming and uncomfortable images on #kbin is because the person running it is an ammophile?

That explains "magazines" and the firearm in someone's face as an avi. Supposedly "kbin" is also a reference to "carbine" or "rifle" in Polish.

The ubiquitous stormtrooper (Nazi symbology used in "both sides" marketing) and the partnership with Lemmy's developers also make more sense to me knowing that.

The simplicity of the #adobexd application appeals to me more than the #figma interface, but that's where the advantages end. No web version and no multiplatformity, no development and uncertain future of the application. And to only selected problems. Although it involves pain and expenses for the same company's product, it's time for a change.

Funny how easy it is to make the world a better place. Even for something as simple as a rain catcher. The concept has already moved to the 3D draft. When I find a moment of free time, I will refine the model, and when the filament arrives, I will create the first prototype. And maybe even for fun, I'll file a patent application. Yes, there are many patents for this type of design. Either way, mine will be the best and most effective of course :)

OC Easier way to add articles

I'd like there to be an obvious way to add articles to magazines. Currently I have to somehow realize that I need to do it through the plus sign in the upper right. It's also shared with all magazines, so a surefire way to add articles to the magazine I already have open would be great....
