Is there an existing functionality to "pin" articles or comments in Kbin, like there is in Reddit? This is very useful for keeping welcome articles and general announcements at the top of the list so they're easy to find.

Federated wikis?
On Reddit, communities could have their own wikis or knowledge base articles in a separate place from where the discussion happened. I don't see that kind of functionality in Kbin, so I'm wondering if there is a federated wiki type of thing somewhere out there.
Should we establish a maximum of subs per moderators?
Someone here already has 12 subs on his own. We would be inspired to avoid the era of the power mods. Moding should involve an interest, not just collecting rings of infinity like it's a gold rush. How can it be a good practice in the long term?...
