When we land in the series in book one, Freya has nearly forgotten who she is. She is deep down in a numbing dark void and can not see the colour of the world anymore. She knows she's in there somewhere, in that blank, expressionless face in the mirror. At that point, she's tired of this dark murky limbo and pleads to the self she once had to get her out of it.
I hate to ask again, but I don't know what else to do. I have treatment resistant #depression with psychotic features and PTSD. And it's gotten to the point where I cannot function. The voices are telling me to kill myself, which I won't do. I need #cannabis. It's the only thing that does give me a high degree of function and sucessfully treats the depression. #mutualaid requested, I need $25 to go get some. I don't like asking for gifts this way. @quinn Most every psychology study I’ve read has rightly pointed out that #socialmedia and the peer pressure it’s created to be perfect has fueled massive #depression and #suicidal ideation.
So we can make fun of the Times, sure, but the issue of #computers in our teens’ pockets and immediate access to the #internet isn’t something to take lightly.
For our #privacy OR our kids’ minds and wellbeing.

Das Ergebnis hat mir nicht gefallen.
Denn ich fühle mich, als ob über allem ein Filter liegt, als ob ich alles "von der Seite" betrachte und nicht selbst betroffen bin. Das betrifft leider auch die positiven Momente, und auf die will ich nicht verzichten.

Hey, ich wünsche dir viel Geduld und Kraft. Das Einstellen auf eine individuell funktionierende Dosis dauert meiner Erfahrung nach etwas. Und klar kann die Ärztin Empfehlungen aussprechen, aber das was du fühlst ist deins und du bis die einzig wichtige Kenngröße in diesem System. 💜
