Elstow, an early Victorian Villa in the Dowanhill area of Glasgow. It was greatly altered and extended in the Scots Baronial style in the 1890s by the architect A.N. Peterson.
I can across this C-Listed late 19th Century Villa on Maxwell Drive in the Southside of Glasgow quite by accident yesterday. It's a really nice building in a very unusual style for the city.

Glen Tower on Beaconsfield Road in the west of Glasgow. This grand Renaissance style villa with its distinctive tower feature was built around 1887. It's first occupant was James Thomson of the Finnieston Engine Works.
