My daughter and son got their passports this week!!

This marks the completion of a journey started in October 2021. I missed my first opportunity in my 20s. I wasn't going to let this one slip by, for me or them!

Classy of Sportsnet and Ron Maclean to do a tribute to TSN's Darren "Dutch" Dutchyshen. Always sad to see someone die so young. I watched him a lot when he first started in the 90s and he's always been there ever since.

I don't know if it's the same in other countries, but in Canada it's the law to have an ‘unsubscribe' link at the bottom of marketing emails. It sure makes it easier to get rid of the spam and to achieve #InboxZero!

Every once in a while I take a day to go through my inbox and click the unsubscribe button.

@sundogplanets go for as many walks as you can. I was in Toronto in the spring a couple years ago and the city is quite calm in the morning after rush hour. Take in the scenery of the buildings and little spaces between. Find calm inside the chaos
