The Hunter Biden situation is so disturbing. The judge appears to be another corrupt partisan. The prosecution has bowed to bullying from MAGAts and has presented Russian fabricated evidence. It also appears the gun seller was given immunity because he broke the law during the original gun sale. The judge won't let the defense enter this into evidence. Talk about weaponization!! I really despise the US media. They need to be regulated. Why are foreign billionaires allowed to control them?

#Cannon was a republican plant after Donald lost the election. Moscow Mitch and felon Donald quickly installed her after he lost the election.

Cannon, who abused her discretion previously in favor of Trump, should recuse herself from the Trump case. If she doesn't, #DoJ should file a motion to recuse. This issue is too important to ignore and hope for the best.

Cannon has been slow walking the case for a year. Although most motions were filed months ago, the judge has yet to rule on them, raising an outcry from critics who assert that she is accommodating the defense in a bid to prevent a trial.

Fourth, Americans can and should engage in massive, peaceful demonstrations in defense of the rule of law

Finally, should Democrats win the White House and majorities in the House and Senate, no matter how narrow, the entire panoply of reforms and responses should be on the table. Those could include Alito’s impeachment (especially if he snubs a subpoena), a mandatory ethics code, Supreme Court term limits and court expansion. (If need be, Democrats would need to adjust the too-long abused filibuster to attend to the job of fixing a disgraced court.)

If his supporters become violent, arrest them and put them in prison too, then charge Trump with terrorism like any one else who incites violence to achieve political power. That's what Trump is, a terrorist. And we've got plenty of laws to deal with him and his followers.

Long ago, the US military was organized mostly by branches, and they were set against each other so that none of them would challenge the civilian leadership (the founding fathers were paranoid about them taking over).

Some time ago, there was a major reorganization by region. Each command is responsible for a different region and is made up of all of the branches.

My father was stationed at MacDill AFB when the RDJTF became Centcomm (Middle East & North Africa).
