The social issue you address is intriguing. The cards can be very useful tools, depending how they're used. Or should I say "wielded"? As they can be hefty hammers that may come with blowback that's dentrimental to the intended effect: improvement of online (local?) culture.
Your site already holds the solution, but it is the #Fediverse apps that should support them.
