Not sure if other people do this, but I use notifications of favorites/boosts as a discovery mechanism for accounts to possibly follow.
I mean it's a potential sign they have similar interests, so might as well visit the profile and see if they post interesting stuff you want to see more of.
I'll often favorite a few posts along the way too, which I hope doesn't seem too weird to people!

Even though I don't live in the EU, I quit Facebook pre-emptively on the basis of Facebook's proposed "pay or OK". Whether or not they get it through in the EU, they're likely to think of using it elsewhere. That was the last straw for me.
Hurt like hell. I gave up family, old friends and associates that I have no other means to contact. Some may fall back into my orbit in time, but some are lost to me forever.

A teraz na chwilę bez niepotrzebnego wzburzenia. To był błąd który parę dni temu objął duuużo facebookowych „stron” o przeróżnej tematyce. Zdarza się, choć takim gigantom nie powinno. „Skandalem” możnaby to nazwać, gdyby dotknęło wyłącznie/szczególnie profile pełniące rolę podobną do Muzeum Auschwitz. Nie wiązałbym tego z tematem wdrażania DSA. Ale najważniejsze pytanie, na które nigdzie nie znalazłem odpowiedzi — czy te ograniczenia zostały już im wycofane?
