@philheppenstall it's lovely - not quite Wonderful Life lovely though.
Nightmare before Xmas is excellent - a lot of my friends growing up were goths so I've seen it too many times to put on the list this year.
I've seen the first Grinch but I find Jim Carey far too annoying to enjoy anything he's in.

I tended towards Goth growing up (not now!), so any film by Tim Burton is high on my list (Corpse Bride, especially).
U may already know - Beetlejuice 2 is out in 2024.

@mlawton if you have good memories of the film it's worth watching again. I've not seen it before as far as I remember and it has some charm and magic to it still, I think. In terms of story it seemed quite dated to me, but I tried not to judge it by modern standards.

Definitely worth watching imo and I enjoyed it overall.

@30yrdscreamer I recall it really feeling dated, but still somewhat enjoyable. Not must watch holiday movie material but a decent classic.
