Well all guitar effect pedals and other audio stuff that you bring to a stage and that takes 9V uses 5.5x2.1mm DC barrel jacks with center negative. Only exception I met so far: Korg Volcas. They use 4.75x1.7mm DC barrel jacks, also 9V but center positive which really fucked me up when I build a synthesizer on a pedal board that takes 9V from a central power supply...
