Reports that Prigozhin agreed to turn Wagner column around before breaching Moscow / Oka.

Putin wasn't able to pull enough loyalty together to get Prigozhin killed, arrested, stopped. Nor enough loyalty to be able to reliably defend Moscow.

With Prigozhin on edge of Moscow, Putin caved to Prigozhin's original demands, massive change at MoD, (Defense Minister) & 's (Chief of General Staff) power broken.

Prigozhin likely wasn't able to reliably protect Wagner families from FSB (raids).

Putin profoundly weakened, Wagner + allies expecting reprisals, no matter what safety guarantees have been agreed.
