I have 10 years mainly in Python and C focused on security tooling and hold a Security+. I would like to move closer toward hardware and/or ICS security but I am just as happy architecting, doing DevOps (Jenkins, Ansible), or writing security policy (SELinux).

Got a call from a different job wanting to follow up after an interview. I was honest: I said that the role being in the office 5 days per week while not being Metro-accessible was a real issue for me given that I don't have a car. She sounded disappointed -- or maybe disappointed in me? Unclear. In either case, I'm not buying a car. #JobSearch
