@Teri_Kanefield I'm really skeptical of the assertion that #MSNBC is doing "the same" outage ginning as #FOX (and the other FOX wannabes). Several times in this thread someone asked for specific hosts or contributors, with no answer aside from "go read this other thing" (with no link).
Maybe #ChrisHayes, I guess, but not the same as FOX hosts.
Probably the only outrage host on MSNBC is #LaurenceODonnell. And still not like FOX's.
And someone earlier said they're the same except MSNBC doesn't have to lie... Yeah! That's actually a big deal. If someone tells us about something outrageous and true, maybe we should get outraged...
I made the mistake of turning on MSNBC for a second right after #Iowa was (surprise 🙄) called for #Trump. They were quoting some of the voters, and those voters were saying that (their) God chose Trump.
Then an MSNBC commentator (rightfully) made the point that nobody running against Trump could possibly compete with that.
At that point, I turned off the TV. I cannot stomach watching one second of this alarming, nauseating BS.
#Emmer (MN), the #House maj whip, was elected as the #GOP pick on a 5th ballot in an internal race that drew 9 #Republicans. It’s not clear, however, that he has enough support to be elected on the House floor. To prevail, Emmer would need a majority of the full chamber.
Emmer, who has been in #Congress since 2015, previously chaired the #National Republican Congressional Cmte — the House campaign arm — for 4 yrs.
