It's all systems go for a new series set in the same universe as "The Office." Variety reports that a mockumentary set at a dying historic Midwestern newspaper, ostensibly shot by the crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin, has been picked up for a full series at Peacock. Here's more:
Frustrated but not surprised at Peacock TV.
Linux users know that accessing from a browser gives you the attached "Something went wrong" screen.
I am able to access from my Android phone and Roku devices.
Last evening I installed KDE Neon with Plasma 6 on my Razer laptop, then ran Waydroid.
In that Android session Play Store says "This app won't work for your device".
Even tried loading an apk which ran, but gave me the same sad eyes error screen.

What's going on with #NBC#PeacockTV and the start of the Lions football pre-game show? It was scheduled for 2pm EST and it's now 2:15 and a "Coverage will begin shortly" message is all I'm getting.
Mrs. Davis on #peacocktv is interesting. Vibes of Preacher, Da Vinci Code, Lodge 49, Person of Interest, etc. w enough blasphemy, faith, seriousness, silliness, promise, paranoia to appeal to many.
Season 1 starts w intrigue and slips to more funny stuff. Funny soon becomes silly (but appropriate), then corny (somewhat a turnoff), and then faith dominates. Paranoia added throughout.
The tech reveal at the end is apt for present day and I appreciate that.
