The plan is to dismantle every federal agency, replacing knowledgeable and dedicated public servants with hard-core Trump loyalists to carry out a radical agenda and create an imperial Presidency bound by no law, seeking retribution against Trump’s “enemies” in the government, the free press, and the public at large. And they are already starting to recruit.
