I wish I had took foreign language studies more seriously when I was in high school. I took Mandarin bcos my dad forced me to and in the 5 years of studying, I honestly only used that class to finish my other homeworks :')
If I had picked Japanese like I originally wanted to it'd be a lot easier for me to fulfill my dream of possibly migrating there at some point, and if I had picked German I might've been able to sing along to #AttackOnTitan soundtracks a lot better :akko_woozy:
Fr tho, #German influence is so huge in #anime (or #Japan in general) I used to find it a little weird but I'm so used to it already (and the whole idea on why this is the case sort of made sense now). #AOT's soundtracks are mostly in German (I mean the story too), #Bleach's Quincies have German influences in their names and terminologies, many, many more honestly.
It's common to talk about our favorite Anime/Manga or the abysmal stuff we want to forget. But what about the middle of the pack? What's the most okay Anime you've ever seen? The fine out of 10 of Manga? A story that's only not bad from the first page to the last? These titles are mostly forgotten because we don't love them, but they're also not worth any hate. Let's share some of them to show that there's at least a small amount of appreciation for them.
@To This is likely to be a controversial opinion, but I'll say #Bleach (the manga, I haven't watched the anime).
I liked Bleach, but it's not my favorite. It was fun, but inconsistent. I get why people love the cool aesthetics and characters, but it's not like, the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Overall, it's one of the most medium of manga I've ever read.

Hands down the most iconic opening of the series in my opinion, and easily one of the top Uverworld tracks I know. Even after all these years, it's a never-skip when it appears in my music shuffle.
