The question to evaluate for this week is: Toothpaste or dental tablets.

I never gave this a thought until last month. The theory behind these chewable tablets are good:

  • No need to estimate the amount of toothpaste you need. Just take the amount that matched the number of days times the number of times you brush your teeth per day.
  • No messy tube to carry along or to discard.
  • Chew, brush, spit-out, rinse.

So I am going to evaluate them at home this week to see how well it stacks up against TP.

Why your toothbrush needs Wi-Fi, i dunno, but it's neat you can load your own firmware. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-qvn0YUiH5o&t=0s

Update: It has been revealed that story about hijacking internet-connected toothbrushes was about a hypothetical possibility, not a real occurrence.

Round 3 in the toothbrush DDoS debacle!

We thought it was all over... but the Swiss newspaper has come out fighting, blaming Fortinet for spreading untruths about a toothbrush botnet.

Will Fortinet return for Round 4, or is that a knockout punch?

New by me at Forbes: I call BS on the 3 million hacked toothbrushes story unless Fortinet can provide evidence that is.

Whenever I brush my teeth, my tongue is like its own little guy in there, curious about what's going on, exploring and trying to make friends with the tooth brush.

Just a little guy.

Time for the tooth, the whole tooth and nothing but the tooth.

All these dental puns can only mean I'm reviewing an electric toothbrush again.
