The question to evaluate for this week is: Toothpaste or dental tablets.
I never gave this a thought until last month. The theory behind these chewable tablets are good:
No need to estimate the amount of toothpaste you need. Just take the amount that matched the number of days times the number of times you brush your teeth per day.
No messy tube to carry along or to discard.
Chew, brush, spit-out, rinse.
So I am going to evaluate them at home this week to see how well it stacks up against TP.
Whenever I brush my teeth, my tongue is like its own little guy in there, curious about what's going on, exploring and trying to make friends with the tooth brush.
