Took a research survey looking into effectiveness of #ACPE Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy ( #SIP) training.
I am looking forward to the training.
I'm peeved about the survey. They can't list every religion in the world, but with Neo-Pagan religions being the fastest growing cluster of religions in the USA, do better than sticking us in "OTHER"! Limits the research effectiveness & hides us.
The ancient world is a magical place. From the ziggurats of Sumeria to the temples of Crete and the pyramids of Egypt, the ancients call to us.
Magic never dies, but only slumbers, awaiting discovery by those who would once again revel in its beauty and respect its power.
These spells speak to the many human needs and desires of protection, prosperity, romance, fertility, healing, and divination. Each spell is described in detail, complete with step-by-step instructions as well as background information about the deities involved, encouraging the reader to develop a relationship with these ancient deities who are still very much alive in our world today.

I've long been skeptical of most self-help books. So I wrote one that's a little different.
I based it on what I, an ordinary mortal with loads of problems and not as much time or energy as I'd like, am capable of. It's realistic. It offers goals to aim for if you want to stretch a little, but mostly it just helps you cope with life the way it already is so you can get more out of it, while folding your spirituality into the process. Because we're spiritual beings as well as physical ones.
You don't have to be Wiccan to use the information in this book. It's aimed at anyone who follows a nature-oriented spiritual path. Find out more on my website (link in bio).

Update:
Fiacco reported that he met with members of the Correllian Tradition and then posted on Facebook: " Just had an interview with the Correllian Pagan group, but it didn't last long. I was cut off after less than 10 minutes because I refused to accept their group as a religion. They are not a religion. They are Satanists. Any faith that denies the free salvation of Christ is a false religion. And those that embrace those false religions will be thrown into the Lake of Fire after Judgment Day. That's the fact that they could not bear."
This is segment is nearly finished. I am liking how it is turning out so far I will only have one large square to go after this one for the project to be completed. #perler#perlerart#pagan#wicca#craft

Have I complained about what I consider a logical inconsistency with the myth of the Holly King and the Oak King on here yet?
Well, here it is anyway.
The myth usually goes that on the Winter Solstice the Holly King and the Oak King fight and the Oak King defeats the Holly King and rules until the Summer Solstice when they fight again and the Holly King takes over.
But Winter Solstice is when the Holly King is at the height of his power! It's the longest night of the year! They should fight on the equinoxes when the balance of light and dark actually shifts!

Anyway, have a blessed Yule. Hail to the Sun Child. Hail the return of the light.
Witches on Instagram have these beautifully arranged, aesthetic altars and I'm over here struggling with how to keep the things that will be on fire away from the things that should not be on fire.
