Justice says he believes that the wants him to repeat a significant portion of the .

He will read pages 6-35.

Each page yesterday took him just a little more than a minute, so this will take >30 mins.

Between that & the testimony readbacks, also expected to take >30 mins, there will likely be >1 hour this morning w/the jury in the courtroom, not actively deliberating.

I am a little confused. The payment to Stormy Daniels happened before the election at what it appears was the benefit to only TFg. In other words it appears that the agreement to do the reimbursement happened before the election even if the reimbursement actually happened later.

Sometimes, I think we need to stop blaming just Capitalism, and get more personal. Lots of countries use a Capitalistic system, but still manage to pay workers fair wages, provide free/inexpensive Healthcare, have paid maternity/paternity leave, longer paid vacation, shorter work weeks, ect. We use the word Capitalism like Christians use The Devil, but it's not some dark mysterious force, it is people who are choosing to treat other people like actual garbage, it is people who are making laws, people who are denying rights. The derision with which we speak the name of Elon Musk or Donald Trump, should be universal for rich fuckers who choose profits over people. They shouldn't get to hide behind, Oh, that's just late stage Capitalism. It's a choice for them, and it's a choice for the lobbyists who promote them, and it's a choice for the politicians who put those laws into action.

The wife of embattled Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito allegedly spat at the car of a neighbor with whom she had become embroiled in a weeks-long argument.

A young couple living near the Alitos' residence in Fairfax County, Virginia, ultimately rang the police, claiming that they were being harassed by Martha-Ann Alito, according to a new report from The New York Times.

It comes after several reports from the newspaper, which detailed how flags used by supporters of Donald Trump's "Stop The Steal" campaign had appeared at two properties owned by the right-wing justice and his wife.

Does anyone like keeping odd sleep hours?

I fall asleep between 6pm and 7:30pm every night and wake up between 2:30am to 4:30am.

Great thing about social media is that whatever time you are awake, there are always autistic and ND people around the world awake and online.

Well today my tummy reacted to the reintroduction of legumes. I am glad I followed the diet and did not add other things because now I know. But to be fair I only experienced a slight improvement on the diet.
Next will be non gluten grains like corn, oats, quinoa. But one more day of whole foods before doing that.

I have my photos on one drive and Google going back so many years. There are so many duplicates.

But I need a little help. I am getting older and am not as technical as I was in the past. I want to get all my pictures in a single location and eliminate duplicates. I also need to get photos from places like Facebook, my space, my mom's phone etc.

What kind of business or person would I call that could do this for me and not let me lose my pictures? Especially the higher quality versions which it seems like the quality has changed.

  2. The responsibility for the costs will likely fall on the HOA. At least I won't be the only one paying. (It is in the main line, not my residence. )

  3. Since I can't use the sink, dishwasher or laundry I ordered delivery. It was very good.

  3. Needed a restroom while out walking so bought a soda from a food cart so I could get the code. It smelled so good that I came back later and they had the dish I had wanted a few days ago.

People here on Mastodon have helped me so much. I wasn't good at masking and have been rejected so often.

I was a poker dealer for 25 years (Texas holdem) and that meant looking at the center of the table and watching everyone peripherally instead of making direct eye contact.

I got to old to continue and have a new job. I am on my second company in 2 years. I was going to quit from the first company but decided to try this one. I work in groups of teams on projects that can be resolved within a week. Or at least my portion of it. I have tried to check out books on making small talk and having conversations and there are not many out there. I have tried to ask people about themselves but I just fail. I talk to them when they are texting or I make too much eye contact. Blah blah.

My point is in following along I have learned to watch what other people do and copy them. If everyone is texting I pretend I am too. I am trying to limit my eye contact I was forced to learn.

What really happens to Democracy if one political party ceases to exist?

In California we have many races where the top two candidates are both Democrats and this works for us as far as I can tell. Perhaps it creates a money issue where the Democratic party is funding two campaigns.

I don't quite get how he managed to take over the RNC. This is what he wants to do to our country. On the surface the destruction of the Republican party sounds like a win overall if we could have a choice between 2 different Democrats rather than a Dem and a Republican. But I also don't understand the money part. Candidates are limited but PACs are not. What about the RNC. Can foreign countries and billionaires give TFg all the money he needs to manage his expenses and still campaign?
