So far, only 2,800 Threads accounts have turned on Federation. Of the ones I see, theyโ€™re quite active.

I suspect the reason for the minuscule federated accounts is because Threads users canโ€™t see replies from the Fediverse yet. Why would you turn on federation if youโ€™re oblivious to interactions from the Fediverse?

Nevertheless, weโ€™ll see what happens once communication becomes two-way.

In @IceCubesApp, does anyone else receive double the sum of notifications?

For example, I just had the number four displaying on my notification tab. However, when I click to see what the alerts are for, it was one star & one comment.

This is my standard & I canโ€™t figure out why the math is constantly off.

@gedeonm I've been renting electric cars when possible when I travel & the last trip was my first experience with a Tesla.

The learning curve of not having one tactile button was annoying at first. Thankfully, my partner was there to figure out stupid things like where the AC was at 80 mph. However, that feeling dissipated quickly after a couple days in it.

The worst part for me was that I came away from the week and a half of driving it wanting one... and feeling dirty because of it.

If you are in I heartily recommend going to checkout the art installation Downtown.

The lady and I went on Sunday morning and played tourist in our own city with the pup. It was great fun and I look forward to going back at night when many of the pieces are lit up.

Don't judge Bill's screen presence by his press conferences. Instead look to when he's featured in a special talking about former players or breaking down games.

His press conferences were staged that way because he feels there was no benefit to his day being there. That wouldn't be the case if he was there just enjoying football and sharing his insight (when he's not exposing anything that could hurt him next week.)
