It's strange to me when I see people get upset about people doing good deeds, and posting it online.

"They're just doing it for attention!"

Yeah, so what? I'd much rather see people doing nice things for attention, than the people who do mean pranks or wasting food. A good deed is still good, even if it's done for the wrong reasons.

@Hey_Beth this is why I'm really excited about the next 8 years of politics. The republican party is financially ruined. There is real possibility that the GOP crumbles into 3-5 pathetic parties, giving rise also to more successful left wing parties. This is the perfect time to push for electoral reform

@Chrishallbeck fun fact, baby carrots are made by taking misshapen carrots that likely won't sell at market and shaving them down to that nice round shape. They cut down on carrot food waste by like 70%

I'm gonna say something that is probably gonna be unpopular, but I seriously wonder if there is any pure form of government that would work long term. History seems to point to no, and not even because they are bad ideas necessarily, but because we can't seem to ever get rid of greedy psychopaths that have the audacity, and short sighted people who just can't believe they have the audacity, and wait until it's too late to actually do anything about it. I hope I'm wrong.

@CodexArcanum @RickiTarr the notion of channeling anger into other things is largely flawed. Anger is a self feeding emotion, and putting it into things like sports make it look admirable
